Mick Spring
Production Manager
With a career spanning over four decades, Mick has cultivated a rich and diverse background in residential construction and electrical engineering. Beginning his professional journey in 1984, after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University Long Beach, he worked for five years in technical sales at Hewlett Packard, honing his technical and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment.
In 1989, Mick transitioned to the residential construction industry, where he spent 22 years building new homes, demonstrating expertise in project management, craftsmanship, business processes, and client relations. For the past 14 years, his focus has shifted to remodeling homes, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to enhancing living spaces with precision and creativity. His passion for construction technology and staying updated with new methodologies underscores his forward-thinking approach to the industry.
Outside of work, Mick enjoys working outdoors, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
Ethan Boudreau
Project Manager
Ethan brings nearly a decade of experience in the residential construction industry, with a strong foundation in carpentry and cabinetry. Over the years, he has grown into the role of Project Manager, where he consistently delivers high-quality results and effectively oversees complex projects through completion.
Driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, Ethan continuously seeks opportunities to learn and grow within the industry.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children and exploring the outdoors.
Todd Johnson
Business Development Manager
A Michigan native, he began working in the home services industry at just 18 years old. Throughout college, he ran his own painting franchise for four years. After graduation, he became the General Manager with the same company and relocated to upstate New York, where he led their northern territory for five years.
His next move brought him to Northern Virginia, where he has spent the past 15 years in the home remodeling and building industry. He has an immense passion for helping homeowners and business owners bring their visions to life—and there’s no better place to do that than with One Vision Contracting.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time adventuring with his wife and kids, taking the family dog on hikes, or playing any and all sports outdoors. For him, life’s all about building—whether it’s homes, memories, or lasting relationships.
Dave Lee
Production Manager
David Lee owned & operated his award winning boating business in the Fredericksburg area for several years. He has a total of 30+ years experience in the marine industry and has over 15 years experience in the disaster restoration and construction. Dave’s responsibilities has been leading both the Business Development Department & the Emergency Response Team. Dave is passionate about helping family’s in need. He goes over & above to help to ensure that those in crisis are taking care of properly. He is a great advocate for those who don’t know the process when a disaster strikes. Dave enjoys camping & spending time with his wife, family, friends and his 7 grand babies.

Kelvin’s expertise spans all phases of construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and client relations, ensuring each project is completed with excellence and integrity. Known for his strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to creating beautiful, functional homes, he takes pride in turning client visions into reality. Outside of work, Kelvin enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and giving back to the local community.

With over 15 years in the automotive industry, I’ve grown from a body technician and custom painter into a professional who blends craftsmanship, creativity, and strategy. My hands-on background in repairs and paintwork evolved into leadership, operations, and marketing—fueling a passion for visual storytelling through branding, photography, and digital media.
Over time, I discovered construction as the next evolution of my craft—a field that allows me to merge design, precision, and innovation on an even greater scale. Today, as Marketing Director at One Vision Contracting, I combine art, technology, and business to strengthen our brand and connect with clients.
